Day 101: A Stupid Hat

This is another drawing inspired by Edward Lear:

There was a Young Lady of Dorking,
Who bought a large bonnet for walking;
But its color and size so bedazzled her eyes,
That she very soon went back to Dorking.

I really wanted to write a clever comment regarding this post, but it's 4:30 in the morning, and I'm not feeling too witty right now. However, I LOVE the hat, love the limerick, and think your art is amazing. I don't think the hat is stupid at all!

I guess stupid is a strong word. I should have said that it was a silly hat. I does look like the kind of hat you'd make a baby wear. When I have kids I'm totally going to make them wear silly things. ^-^
