Now that I have my new computer I can finally start working towards catching up on my illustrations. Today I did some sketches of plants I wanted to incorporate into my ant and grasshopper illustration. They don't look like much now, but soon I'll get them looking good.

Using Photoshop with the pen tool. You can do the same thing with Gimp and Gimp is free: http://www.gimp.org/ Splashup is a brower based program like Photoshop, but it doesn't have a pen tool: http://www.splashup.com
